Today in history: Vince Young dazzles Pasadena

He made things look so easy.

On this day in 2006, Texas quaterback Vince Young put on one of the more impressive displays witnessed by college football fans in the best scene for college football, the Rose Bowl. Young connected on 30-of-40 passes and rushed for 200 yards as Texas upset the USC Trojans, bringing an end to their 34-game winning streak, and capturing the first national title in Texas history since 1970.

Only the voice of Keith Jackson could bring us such a memorable game.
