Seeking fan advice to Joe Paterno

Looking for help

What advice would you give Joe Paterno?

As some of you know I am a part of the Bleacher Report college football editorial team. One of the assignments I have for this week is fan advice for Penn State head coach Joe Paterno for the 2011 season. So I’m calling on you for your tips, advice, suggestions and words of encouragement for Joe Pa this upcoming season.

Think Rob Bolden should start over Matt McGloin? Think Silas Redd should be handed the ball 20 times a game? Think Penn State should employ a 3-4 defense (blasphemy!)? Let me know!

Send me your suggestions by leaving a comment on this post, submitting your advice privately through the Contact page, send me a tweet on Twitter (use the hash tag #JoePaAdvice), or share your advice with me on Google+.

I will be posting your advice on Friday. You will be given full credit for your input, and if you write for another site I will be sure to link to your outlet if you wish. By submitting a comment you are giving me permission to use your thoughts.

Let’s have some fun with this and see what you come up with.

Play aggresive on both sides of the ball, every play for the entire game without exception. NO MERCY! Too often Penn State fans are subject to the "prevent a win" defense late in games when Penn sTate is ahead only to lose late in the game. The offense tries to run out the clock and they give away field position... I know its a gamble but aggresive play on both sides of the ball at least shows signs of life and a desire to win!
