Is this a glimpse of the new Missouri football uniform? It sure looks like it…

The Missouri Tigers are ready to show off their new football uniforms, as they prepare to leave the Big 12 and join the SEC this fall. With the move from one conference to the next, Missouri is taking full advantage of the situation to rebrand their image in a sense, with a new football uniform. Previously we caught a distorted look one of the new Missouri uniforms, but with the school ready to show their new look on Saturday, the images are starting to surface now.

The above image was shared on Twitter by Carrington Harrison, who says the image is “100% legit I am pretty certain.”

So, what do we make of this particular uniform combination. Really, I tend to like it. The uniform itself is not offensive in any way, and although I would prefer if Missouri stuck with their version of the “block M,” the Tiger logo on the helmet has grown on me a little bit. Hopefully this yellow jersey idea got squashed along the way, although I doubt it did. The yellow jersey image from before appears to still have a different helmet design, which I fear will be lacking in visual appeal as far as a football uniform is concerned.
