Also, Harvard is the original crimson. Too busy killing 100 year old trees and tea bagging strangers to come up with a color unique to the Tide? Also, did the writer notice that MSU's uniform colors are about two shades darker than Bama's? I also noticed that MSU has an emblem on both sides of their helmet? Does Bama's helmet look similar? My bad, Bama does not even have a d@mn helmet emblem. MSU uses maroon or white masks, Bama-gray. MSU also has shoulder and sleeve stripes, Bama-none of the above. Wow, such an accurate and thought provoking "article". Question though, since it has become a Tuscaloosa tradition to put your junk on passed out men's faces, why not just drop the facade and go full hillbilly gay? Ya'll can all meet up and rub your balls on each other's head as a new tailgating ritual before each game. The whole nation now knows about your hobby, no need to hide it anymore, go balls out and have a blast.

Mississippi State clones Alabama uniforms, calls them their own
- Updated: July 26, 2012
Mississippi State’s new uniforms mimic Crimson Tide
Some say the best form of flattery comes with imitation. If that is the case, Mississippi State may have chosen a good program to imitate when it comes to their new uniforms.
The Bulldogs revealed their new home and road uniforms Thursday and my first impression was that they looked strikingly similar to uniforms already worn by Alabama, or even Arkansas. The new uniforms, designed and provided by Adidas, feature white pants and a marron jersey complete with a Mississippi State name across the front of the jersey and white number. The helmet comes in the same home jersey color, with a white stripe down the middle and Mississippi State logo on the sides.
The road jerseys flip the color scheme between jerseys and pants, and keep the same helmet. Take a look below…
Overall I like the new, updated look, even if it does look a little too similar to SEC West powerhouse Alabama. At quick glance some fans may confuse the two programs on television, but there will still be no question which team is which when Alabama hosts Mississippi State on October 27 this fall.
What do you think of the new Mississippi State uniforms? Thumbs up or thumbs down?
FWIW, if some people weren't so stupid and realized that sometimes pics have inconsistencies in color, they would see that aside from the color represented here, the uniforms look nothing alike. The video shows the maroon better. Sure, the color APPEARS to be crimson in the pics and there's a stripe on the helmet....OMGZ OH NOZ THEY COPYINGZ THA CREEMSUN TAHD!!1!!!11!
I hope we play them this season. they will feel what cloning's all about. They may mimic the Crimson Tide's uniforms but they will never mimic the plays.
Typical Bama fan, have you ever been to an Alabama game? What is the name of Bama's home stadium? Who is Bama's biggest rival? Name the past 5 coaches? You may not know the answers to these elementary questions, but I bet that you had your pic taken at Wal Mart with the crystal ball. SMH.
