The 2011 Biletnikoff Award Watch List has been announced, and it includes some of the nation’s top college football wide receivers. The award, which is named for former Florida State star Fred Biletnikoff, recognizes the most outstanding receiver in college football.
This year’s watch list includes 12 players from 11 different schools, ranging from big-name programs like Oklahoma and USC to smaller schools like Central Michigan and Bowling Green.
The common thread among all of the players on the list is their production on the field; each of them has put up impressive numbers over the past few seasons. With another year of eligibility remaining, they will all be looking to add to their totals in 2011 and put themselves in position to win the Biletnikoff Award.
